An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded global luxury formal menswear brand within their prestigious Mayfair boutique. This internationally renowned brand is seeking an exceptional Bespoke Ambassador with a minimum of 5 years experience in luxury formal bespoke or MTM menswear to serve as a passionate brand ambassador and lead of the boutique. The Role: Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, support, lead and train a close-knit dedicated sales team of 5 on bespoke tailoring, fabric knowledge and more. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury fabrics & clothing, bespoke tailoring and/or Made-to-Measure construction, effectively telling the story of each product. Be very driven to achieve and exceed store targets. Assist clients with styling, fittings, and pinning. Confidently attend styling and fittings at clients' homes or hotels when required. Flexible to attend events to network when business dictates. Cultivate strong lasting relationships with local and international clientele. Implement strategic action plans to expand and enhance your client book. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, including networking outside the boutique. Participate in exclusive client events and high‑value client activations. Stay updated on the latest trends, collections and product knowledge. Link‑sell across all product categories. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury Formal men's bespoke & MTM. Knowledge of Bespoke is desirable but not essential. Confident and experienced in pinning/fitting for alterations. Strong sales techniques with a proven track record in clientelling – a personal client book is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A warm and engaging personality that fosters lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus but not essential. Strong drive to succeed, serving as a key support and example for the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required. Maintain impeccable grooming standards, representing the brand with elegance.
