Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day shop operations to ensure a seamless and professional client experience. Uphold immaculate presentation standards reflecting the artistry and ethos of the brand. Manage inventory and liaise with production and supply teams to ensure availability of ready-to-wear and made-to-measure collections. Implement best-practice security and loss-prevention procedures. Oversee product listings, pricing, and stock accuracy across online platforms. Manage order dispatch, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care. Partner with the marketing team to enhance the digital shopping journey and drive sales growth. Deliver a warm, intelligent, and highly personalised service — both in-store and online. Guide clients through ready-to-wear and made-to-measure purchases, offering informed advice on fit, fabrics, and styling. Serve as an ambassador for the bespoke tailoring service, sharing knowledge with authenticity and enthusiasm. Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and gracefully. Lead, coach, and inspire a small luxury retail team, embedding a culture of pride and excellence. Manage scheduling, performance, and professional development. Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team. Liaise with the tailoring and marketing teams to coordinate fittings, client events, and brand campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and client data. Prepare regular reports on store performance and operational efficiency. Desirable attributes Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or tailoring management, including made-to-measure. A natural leader with refined communication and people skills. Deep appreciation of tailoring, garment construction, and fine fabrics. Commercial acumen and confidence in driving sales across both boutique and e-commerce. Meticulous attention to detail, presentation, and organisation.
