ersg is recruiting for a Solar O&M Technician/Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a major Solar O&M contractor. The role is well-suited to candidates situated in and around Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform maintenance and operations on solar photovoltaic systems.
  2. Utilize working knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics.
  3. Ensure optimal performance of PV solar energy systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of two years experience in Solar O&M.
  2. Strong understanding of medium voltage systems and power electronics.

Package on offer is dependent upon experience, and includes a vehicle and fuel card. Additionally, you will also receive private healthcare, pension, standby money for call-outs (1/month).
