A world that’s all about our guests.ResponsibilitiesWelcoming guestsTaking food and beverage ordersEnsuring all orders and posted correctlyServing guests with the focus of story tellingDealing with cashier dutiesSupervising Chef de rangs and Commis de rangsRole scheduleAs a Head Waiter, you will be working Monday to Sunday, 48-50 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.QualificationsTo be a successful Head Waiter candidate, you will have great fluency in English and previous experience as a Head Waiter in a high-quality establishment.
