This role combines strategic insight with operational excellence, supporting both our analytical initiatives and benefits operations across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities HR Analytics & Reporting Contribute to the development of our new analytical strategy. Design, maintain , and optimize dashboards that provide insights across the employee lifecycle, performance, turnover, DEI, engagement, compensation, and benefits utilization. Analyze data from employee surveys, exit interviews, and ad hoc feedback loops. Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and process improvements. Benefits Operations Manage day-to-day benefits processes for assigned countries. Liaise with vendors for enrollment, renewals, invoicing, and service escalations. Lead open enrollment cycles, including communications and employee support. Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures. Benchmark benefits and provide analysis ahead of annual renewals. Implement new benefits and independently lead related projects. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, benefits administration, or similar HR role. Proven experience working with HR data and with administering employee benefits. Strong skills in Excel and experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including renewals, service escalations, or cost/utilization analysis. Experience with process automation, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing HR systems to build efficient, compliant, and user-friendly HR and benefits processes. Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail to interpret HR and benefits data, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive insight-based decision-making. Ability to clearly communicate data insights and processes to non-technical stakeholders and effectively manage cross-functional and vendor relationships. Strong collaborative skills for building positive relationships with HR business partners, vendors, payroll, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and reporting. Understanding of benefits processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends across multiple regions is preferred. Familiarity with Workday or other HCM platforms is preferred.
