2026 End User Support Apprentice Level 3 IT Apprenticeship Employer: Portal Londrinatur Start Date: 07 September 2026 Salary: £24,000 per annum Employee type: Permanent Location: Doncaster, England Working Schedule: 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday across 3 shift patterns covering 7:30am – 6pm Overview Join the UK Service Desk Team as an apprentice in a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship programme delivered via virtual delivery over 18 months. You will provide IT support to all UK business users, logging, troubleshooting, diagnosing and managing incidents and assisting with service requests using Service Now. What the role offers Earn while you learn Job specific training experience Recognised qualifications Permanent role from day one Tuition fees for university or approved training providers fully covered Apprentice Programme You will enrol onto a Level 3 IT apprenticeship programme. One day per week will be focused on academic studies; the other four days will apply learning in a real‑life IT/IS team.
