This role is perfect for a therapist who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments that make clients look and feel amazing.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a full range of beauty treatments to the highest standard, including facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures, tinting, and body treatments.

* Provide professional skin and body consultations, tailoring treatments to individual client needs.

* Recommend suitable homecare products and aftercare advice to support client results and boost retail sales.

* Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.

* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times.

* Build strong relationships with clients to encourage rebookings and loyalty.

* Stay informed about new products, techniques, and industry trends.

Skills & Experience

* Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy — essential.

* Proven experience in a salon or spa environment, ideally high-volume or premium.

* Strong technical skills across a range of beauty treatments.

* Confident, friendly, and professional manner with excellent client communication.

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm, caring service.

* A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for beauty and wellbeing
