We are working closely with an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who work with a diverse portfolio of clients within Retail, Local Authority, Industrial and Commercial sectors. They are now seeking a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their dedicated team. You will be covering the Midlands region, providing clients with the full range of asbestos management services. Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Walsall, Tamworth, Coalville, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Worcester, Telford, Walsall, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray. Experience & Qualifications: Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications. Will have hands on experience working on site for a UKAS accredited asbestos company. Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Will have excellent communication skills. Will have excellent working knowledge of HSG guidelines. Will be able to work in line with agreed timeframes. The Role: Carrying out 4 Stage Clearances, Smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing on a varied site base. Carrying out re-inspection surveys. Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. Will carry out work in line with HSG guidelines. Carrying out audits on site when required. Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports. Ensuring to update asbestos registers.
