Asbestos Surveyor/Site Analyst – Birmingham

Job Description We are a fast-growing, highly successful UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy providing outstanding and professional asbestos services to a mixed portfolio of clients nationwide. We are actively seeking a high‑calibre, multi‑skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Site Analyst based in or around the Birmingham area, with a strong preference for candidates from Shropshire, Coventry, Derby, and surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience Must possess the P402/P403/P404 qualification or equivalent RSPH qualifications. Significant experience working within this role. Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client facing and organisational skills. IT literate. Responsibilities Conduct 4‑stage clearances, including smoke, background, leak, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing. Carry out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial. Collate and produce comprehensive and accurate asbestos reports as required. Liaise with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining a good working rapport. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety procedures. Travel to sites designated by the client.
