Responsibilities Managing part / tool levels via stock management system via supply chain management / ERP software systems Placing tooling orders with approved suppliers and monitor order fulfilment Organising and managing materials / products in the Warehouse (Stores) Ensure waste material (FOD) is disposed of correctly Order materials in accordance with maintenance needs and demand Ensure that tooling calibration certificates are specified and supplied for all applicable tools and gauges Shipments of parts and tools including dangerous goods Candidate Requirements Essential Previous experience in a Stores / Warehouse Coordinator role within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics Experience with supply chain management / ERP software systems Maintaining stock (tooling and parts) availability to relevant KPI's Book parts out to work orders as requested by Team Leaders and Manufacturing Operatives Experience of picking & kitting of parts Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel) Experience operating a counterbalance forklift Desirable Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to work independently Why Work with JMC Aviation?
