Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Droitwich area. This full‑time, long‑term position is set to begin in January and will run until July 2026, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. Your Responsibilities Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons Working closely with a dedicated Teaching Assistant Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment Safeguarding all pupils and ensuring their wellbeing Marking work in line with the school’s policies Participating in staff meetings and playground duty rotas This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who are committed to making a positive impact on learners in Key Stage 2. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) Experience teaching in either KS1 or KS2 Strong behaviour and classroom management skills Recent, positive references from school‑based experience An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Competitive daily pay: Up to £223.62 per day (equivalent to £43,607 per annum based on full‑time work for the academic year) Holiday pay: 12.07% of your daily rate Pension contributions Free training: Safeguarding Level 1, Prevent, and FGM training KCSIE‑compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training Refer a Friend scheme Ongoing support throughout your placement A dedicated consultant who will get to know your teaching style and preferences Access to free CPD opportunities The school is located in Droitwich Spa, with excellent transport links to Bromsgrove, Worcester, Ombersley, Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
