Endoscopy Pathway Improvement Lead We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Endoscopy Pathway Improvement Lead to join our team within the NHS. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the suspected cancer pathway within the Endoscopy service and will play a crucial role in supporting the management of Endoscopy departments across two hospital sites. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and implement best practice, timed diagnostic pathways to ensure efficient and timely endoscopy services for suspected cancer patients, meeting the Faster Diagnosis Standard. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams. Analyse performance data to drive improvements. Lead and manage pathway projects, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. Support demand and capacity management. Oversee the endoscopy waiting list through regular validation and prioritisation to optimise patient outcomes and maintain performance targets.
