About the role: Deliver community‑based occupational therapy to adults aged 18+ with long‑term health conditions, physical disability or mental health needs. Plan and provide holistic assessments, interventions, equipment provision, and adaptations. Support independence through moving and handling assessments. Maintain practice using a strengths‑based, relational approach. Qualifications: Current HCPC professional registration in Occupational Therapy. Experience as an OT, recently qualified, or returning after a career break; specialist knowledge is welcomed.
