Role- Control Systems Engineer

Salary- £35,000- £50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, please advise what you’re looking for)

Type- Permanent

Location- Reading

The Control Systems Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Be Degree/ HND/ HNC/ NVQ qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
2 years or more of industry experience working in a similar Electrical Controls role ideally 
Be confident carrying out the programming of control systems from scratch – i.e Siemens TIA, Beckhoff TwinCAT
Have excellent hands on electrical engineering skills
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent communication skills
Flexible to travel as needed as part of the role
Full Driving LicenceThe Control Systems Engineer role will involve:

Programming PLC’s from scratch
Being involved in full project lifecycle
Taking solutions from concept right through to commissioning
Delivering projects on time and within budget
Ensuring company standards are always adhered to
Travelling to customer sites as required for commissioning activities
Creating the required documentation
