We are looking for a Business Analysis Administrator to join our team and provide essential, proactive support to the Group Head of Business Information. Key Responsibilities Supplier Rebates Management: Take responsibility for the accurate daily updating and claiming of Supplier Rebates. Cash Flow Optimization: Check the accuracy of daily claims and amend details on external sites as required to ensure optimum cash flow for the EVO Group. Monthly Reporting: Supply efficient and accurate monthly claim data, sometimes directly to suppliers. Month-End Processing Process and analyze month-end Supplier Rebate claims to verify they match forecasted values. Data Analysis: Run month-end M.I report suites for key customers. Development: Develop key skills in Excel analysis, understand multi-channel markets, and analyze market, customer, and product data. Skills, Knowledge, And Qualities Required Data Experience: Previous experience working within a data-focused position. Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is imperative. Work Ethic: Be self-motivated and willing to learn and develop. Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, be organized, agree on priorities, and meet deadlines. Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Teamwork & Independence: Work efficiently both as a team member or independently. Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
