QA (Nights 4 on 4 off) Are you an experienced QA professional looking to join a well-established, growing food manufacturer? QA Technologist Key Responsibilities Ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately and in real time Maintain audit-ready site and product documentation Carry out compliance checks on equipment (temperature probes, scales, fridges etc.) Conduct GMP, Glass & Hard Plastic and Fabrication audits across the site Complete PQE sessions to verify product safety, quality and customer requirements Lead sampling, swabbing and investigations into non-conformances Act as the CCP expert on-site, delivering training and validating understanding QA Person's Specification Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing Level 2 HACCP & Food Safety qualification Strong attention to detail and confident decision-maker Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off schedule Good communication skills and a proactive approach QA Benefits and hours of work Salary £33k PA (DOE) Optional overtime Christmas shift bonus – £25 per qualifying shift (up to 10 shifts) Bupa Healthcare Cashback Plan Nest pension scheme – 5% employee / 3% employer Death in service cover Employee of the Quarter award – £500, plus entry into a £10,000 annual prize Cycle to Work and Refer-a-Friend schemes Annual pay review and company family fun day Grocery Aid Employee Assistance Programme Christmas gift and voucher Free onsite parking Free food provided twice a day We are an equal opportunities agency and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
