**Degree Apprenticeship Admissions Officer**
**Location: Birmingham**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountability for Degree Apprenticeship offers and query turnaround times with agreed university partners
- Ownership of every aspect of the admissions process ensuring all QA 3 learners and external agents receive an outstanding level of customer service

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience of administering degree apprenticeship admissions would be considered strongly advantageous
- Academic or compliance experience in Higher Education is desirable
- Experience of working with degree apprenticeship desirable
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- An awareness of good data management practice
