We are the only company in the world that produces a dual coloured bonbon and the only UK supplier of toffee centred bonbons Our delicious sweets are sold across wholesale and independent trade markets as well as being made for own label customers. About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing / Factory Operator to join our dedicated team at our Crediton site. As part of our small Factory team (there's about 30 people on site at Crediton), you will play a crucial role in making, producing and packing our products. It's a busy role and one where you'll be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every sweet meets our rigorous quality standards. What you'll be doing: Measuring and weighing ingredients Operating equipment/machinery Ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard Perform routine quality checks to maintain our high standards Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organised workspace Contribute to achieving team KPIs by working efficiently and collaboratively Adhere to Manual Handling practices as you will be dealing with heavy products and standing for long periods of time What we are looking for: Reliability: You consistently show up , get the job done well and have a strong work ethic Accurate: Good attention to detail is key and you are precise in your work Methodical: You’re thorough and organised Team workers: You bring energy to the team and can help others around you to perform and be their best Clear communication: For adherence to safety protocols and working as part of our team Manufacturing experience: A plus but not essential; we’re happy to train you if you are the right person Shift Details: Hours: Full time hours are Monday to Friday, 6.15am to 3pm.
