This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capability with a genuine interest in evolving privacy, data and AI regulations.You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to strengthen internal processes, support assessments, and contribute to key privacy initiatives. The position offers exposure to a broad range of data protection responsibilities, project work and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesSupport the review and enhancement of internal data protection policies, processes and controlsMaintain dashboards and reporting metrics to track key privacy indicatorsIdentify data protection risks and assist with mitigation and remediation activitiesConduct assessments on data processing activities and assist with relevant documentationSupport internal teams with privacy queries, guidance and trainingContribute to reviews of vendor practices and client-driven privacy requestsAssist in managing records, documentation, reporting and improvement initiativesWork on special projects that support the firm’s privacy and risk objectivesCandidate RequirementsExperience in data protection, data governance, information risk, analytics or a related fieldIAPP certification is required (or nearing qualification)Strong understanding of data protection principles and global privacy frameworksAbility to analyse information, identify issues and make practical recommendationsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailConfident communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical colleaguesExperience with privacy, workflow or reporting tools is an advantageDegree or relevant background in law, IT, business, risk or similar disciplinesThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in data protection within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
