The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club - a private members' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting into the Senior Reception Manager and as a key part of our restaurant operations team you will:
- Lead a team of hosts to welcome and settle our members and guests, setting the tone for the rest of the visit.
- Handle guest requests and queries regarding their reservations.
- Collaborate with our bar, floor, and management teams, providing them with information about the guests' visit so they can deliver the amazing experiences The Ned is known for.
- Build rapport with regular guests over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience – storing this information on our bookings system.
- As a junior member of the leadership team, you will be a guardian of outstanding hospitality within your team, modeling behaviors and providing coaching and feedback where needed.

- As the smiling face that greets every member and guest to our Club spaces, you'll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality.
- First impressions and rapport building are what this role is all about, so you'll be the kind of person everyone feels better after even a brief interaction with.
- This can be a high-pressure role, so a calm demeanor and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive is extremely valuable.
