As part of our continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support our delivery teams across multiple high-impact projects.Scope of RoleWorking closely with Project Managers and site teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating the successful delivery of telecommunications and civils installation works. From managing documentation and tracking progress to liaising with clients and stakeholders, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring our projects run smoothly, safely, and on time.How you’ll succeedAssist in developing project plans, schedules, and resourcing requirementsMaintain up-to-date documentation – permits, RAMS, reports, trackersCoordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and subcontractorsMonitor project milestones and escalation issues where neededSupport material, equipment, and labour allocation for multiple sitesTrack budgets, process invoices, and help manage cost controlEnsure compliance with NRSWA, CDM, and SHEQ standardsMaintain records across project management systems and ensure accurate reportingSupport quality assurance and promote continuous improvement across projectsWhat it takes1–5 years’ experience in project coordination or admin (telecoms/utilities/civils preferred)Familiarity with fibre optic or 5G infrastructure projectsHighly organised with strong time management and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); PM tools (e.g. MS Project or Primavera) a plusHNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar – or equivalent experienceFull UK driving licence (site travel required)DesirableKnowledge of NRSWA & CDM RegsExperience working with NEC contractsProactive, adaptable, and confident, working independently or as part of a wider teamWhat we offer youWe truly value your work, time, and skills In return, we will offer you a competitive salary and some additional benefits to support your professional growth, including:Participation in mentoring and coaching programmes28 days of holiday (excluding bank holidays)2 paid volunteering days a yearContinuous training and development, in both technical and business skillsEqual Opportunity StatementJSMGroup Services Ltd.is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
