Senior Manager, Business Analyst – Insurance Operations & Domain Solutions, Technology & Transformation Join ACCA Careers to apply for the Senior Manager, Business Analyst – Insurance Operations & Domain Solutions role at Deloitte. Job Description As part of the Insurance Operations & Domain Solutions team, you will work with market‑leading teams from Deloitte and other partners to deliver value across the full delivery lifecycle—from strategy, proposition, and detailed ops and tech design, through engineering and implementation. We seek someone to lead project teams, develop talent, and drive measurable outcomes in the General Insurance, London Markets or Life & Pension sectors. Responsibilities Contribute individually and lead junior BAs in delivery of high‑quality client deliverables. Lead workshops and interviews to elicit and document business requirements. Lead the creation of detailed acceptance criteria and functional design artefacts. Assess and document business processes to design target state solutions. Support clients with business activities including requirements gathering, process definition, best practices, and project planning. Work within diverse teams to deliver measurable business outcomes on quality and timescales. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, IT, and project teams. Lead business development work such as pre‑sales, bid preparation and client presentations. Participate in internal Deloitte practice development activities to support growth. Commit to continual learning and keeping up with emerging skills and certifications. Qualifications Experience in a leading insurer, broker, insurance technology or consulting firm. Experience in insurance technology or platform design & delivery. Understanding of insurance processes and technology change across quote, underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, finance & risk management. Knowledge of London Market processes, reinsurance underwriting, accounting and claims. Basic understanding of key insurance business processes across the value chain. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Experience leading (consulting) bids (RFI/RFP) and building industry relationships. Industry certifications: Business Analysis Foundation/Practitioner/Professional, IIBA, PMI PBA, or equivalent. Experience implementing AI‑driven solutions in general insurance lifecycle.
