This is an ideal opportunity for an administrator / secretary who is looking to take on more responsibility and PA duties. They are happy to consider candidates with no legal experience so long as you possess strong IT skills and have a proactive and positive attitude .Responsibilities:Diary management – this will be a very large part of the roleClient liaison – taking messages, dealing with enquires.Typing documents and correspondence.Arranging meetings, booking rooms and managing appointmentsOrganising all travel including visas, currency, hotel bookings etc.This is an excellent opportunity to join this busy City law firm and there is a real chance for progression in this role as the more able you become, the more responsibility you will be given.
