Job Description
Power Your Curiosity at PA
Why considering joining us?
We're not a traditional consulting firm — we do things differently here.
The work we do for our clients is impactful, but it's underpinned by the strengths of our people. Researchers, strategists, technologists, digital experts, designers, scientists, engineers — we all bring real-world experience to our work and apply it at pace. We all make an impact at PA.
Joining us as a graduate is a big step. Whether you're coming from a specialist background or from an unrelated subject, we want you to be bold, stay curious and dive into the opportunities we have to offer.
What You Can Expect
- When you join as a graduate you'll work on big things from day one. You'll gain the knowledge and experience you need to build a successful career in research and human insight for design, innovation and customer experience, and contribute meaningfully to vital projects.
- No two days are alike. You might be helping to design either qualitative or quantitative research projects to help clients gain deeper insights into their customer's needs and behaviours, to inspire innovation. Or perhaps you'll be writing survey questionnaires or discussion guides, conducting interviews or focus groups, or developing AI prompts to analyse the findings.
- You could be analysing findings and crafting compelling presentations that bring the consumer perspective to life; presenting these insights to clients at their offices; or participating in PA learning and development sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.
- You will help drive thinking on the macro forces shaping culture, defining generations and driving consumer expectations; a core part of how we help our clients stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
- Each day offers a dynamic blend of opportunities to engage, learn, and make a real impact.
Assessment process
First Stage Assessments:
- Application form
- Online Assessments
- Shortlisting and/or Technical Assessments

The Offer
- The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people
- A 12-month Graduate Development scheme, working within one of our specialist teams, acquiring a foundational grounding in qualitative, quantitative, and/or digital community-based research
- Multiple opportunities to stretch and grow your skills through hands-on experience working in supportive teams, on client projects, in a learning culture - which will form the foundations of your career
- This role is based in our Victoria office in London
- Salary : £33,000
- This role will start in Autumn 2026
A career at PA is what you make of it — so power your curiosity and prepare to make an impact.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Undergraduate degree — We have no specific prerequisites in terms of degree grade or specialism.
- Growth-oriented and curious — open to change, driven to succeed, hungry for new challenges, and eager to broaden your understanding of the world with a passion for design, innovation and customer experience - and the emerging edge of culture, behaviour, technology adoption and trends
- Collaborative and relationship-focused — thrive in dynamic teams, build strong relationships with clients and peers, and support others to succeed.
- Credible and communicative — comfortable in high-performance environments, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are comfortable presenting ideas and analysis as compelling stories
- Analytical and adaptable — demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and the flexibility to adapt your style and approach. You will have experience working with data, identifying patterns, using AI to complement your analysis, and extract salient material to form or inform an argument.
- Strong attention to detail – highly organised and can work at pace to meet details
- Professional and reliable — show strong workplace etiquette by being punctual, dependable, and respectful of business expectations and office conduct.
We know the skill-gap and 'somewhat need to tick every box' can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don't hesitate to apply – we'd love to hear from you.
