Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – U.S. Division (UK working hours) Working Style: Hybrid - 3 days work from home, 2 in office. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our U.S Division. This role requires strong focus, a high work ethic and excellent organisational skills. You will be assigned two core U.S states that you will be responsible for developing prospects within. You are also able to make placements anywhere in the U.S with hundreds of live jobs to work on from day one We work with small boutique law practices through to the largest international law firms. Key Responsibilities: Source, attract, and engage top legal talent across the U.S. Match candidates to suitable legal firms based on experience and client needs Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline with excellent organizational skills Utilize CRM and Excel tools to track and manage candidate and client data Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals Participate in client visits to the U.S. once established. Requirements: 2+years of experience in a similar recruitment or high level sales position Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Resilient, hardworking, and exceptional interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus uncapped commission. OTE £60k-£100k Engaging company culture with staff events and incentives.
