Junior Operations Supervisor

Overview:Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior OS plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers. About Gopuff: Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers who are ready to reshape the retail landscape faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks Responsibilities: Leading: Managing the warehouse team during your shift, leading by example, training new team members, and ensuring process and product knowledge. Picking and packing: Accurately selecting and packing items for customer orders. Delivery Partners: Supporting the management of delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences. Issue resolution: Contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. Goods Inbound: Receiving products from vendors, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies. Stock management: Organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, managing waste, and ensuring compliance, including partnership with TooGoodToGo. Warehouse management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Health and Safety: Supporting onsite health and safety compliance and testing. About You: Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment. Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty. Effective communication skills. Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude. Flexible availability to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
