We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and articulate individual to join our fast‑paced Business Development team. The role ideally suits someone with construction industry admin or marketing experience who now seeks a Business Development focus. Key Responsibilities Managing and updating the customer database. Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities. Identifying and pursuing new leads and business prospects. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Assisting directors and leadership team with business development strategies within their divisions. Supporting company networking events and attending industry networking events. Candidate Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively. Ambitious, proactive, and confident. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong networking and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
