Role Summary The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position involves providing high-quality financial insights, assisting in strategic decision-making, and driving efficiency and performance across the business. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial principles. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision‑making. Assist in monthly management reporting, providing commentary and insights on performance. Collaborate with business units to gather data, review assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial information. Participate in change management initiatives, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements. Support the preparation of board and investor reporting packs as required. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures. Qualifications & Experience Possess or be qualified in a professional accountancy qualification (AAT / ACCA / CIMA / ACA, or equivalent). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial systems. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and business analysis. Experience working with business software or ERP systems. Prior involvement in change management or process improvement initiatives is desirable. (Desirable) Knowledge of residential property management or real estate sector. Skills & Attributes Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and methodical approach to work. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams. Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
