In this role, you’ll be the connector – bringing together motivated job seekers and employers to create meaningful, long-term employment opportunities. At MatchWorks, we’re passionate about helping people find work that truly fits. We partner with employers to understand their needs and support job seekers to thrive in the right roles. What you’ll do As an EEP, you will: Build genuine, lasting relationships with employers to uncover and create job opportunities across the region. Work closely with job seekers to understand their strengths, interests and goals, matching them to roles where they can succeed. Provide employers with recruitment support, onboarding insights and practical advice to help placements last. Collaborate with your local teams, sharing insights and contributing to a strong, supportive service environment. What you’ll bring You’re someone who: Builds trust naturally and enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds. Shows energy, initiative and a passion for helping others find work that changes their lives. Communicates clearly and confidently and thrives in a collaborative team setting. (You’ll also need a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – and we’ll help you through this.) Experience in business development, employer engagement, recruitment, or employment services. A solutions mindset and a drive to deliver great outcomes for both job seekers and employers.
