Job SummaryWe are recruiting for a Digital Programme Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.As our Digital Programme Manager, you will be a vital part of our transformation journey, representing the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) at both local and regional levels. You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects – from scoping and resource planning to implementation and evaluation – and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through digital innovation.Main DutiesOversee governance and ensure milestones are met.Manage key stakeholders to deliver real value.Direct specific projects and provide mentorship to team members.About the TrustEast and North Hertfordshire NHS Teaching Trust is a proud member of the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (HWE ICS).
