As our Digital Programme Manager, you will be a vital part of our transformation journey. Representing the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) at both local and regional levels, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—starting from scoping and resource planning to implementation and evaluation. You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare through digital innovation. You’ll oversee governance, ensure milestones are met, and manage key stakeholders to deliver real value. With a hands‑on approach, you’ll directly manage specific projects and provide support and mentorship to others in the team. Main duties of the job East and North Hertfordshire NHS Teaching Trust is a proud member of the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (HWE ICS). Collaborative initiatives across the HWE ICS Drive service improvements through effective cross‑organisational collaboration Break down barriers to care and streamline delivery Reduce variation and share best practices Provide shared governance and oversight for programme design and implementation Ensure responsible allocation of resources across the system Evaluate and manage system-wide assets, focusing on critical equipment at the end of life Map current services and identify opportunities for sustainable improvement in imaging services At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Teaching Trust, we are proud of the range of general & specialist services we provide & our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
