Talent Development Advisor (Learning and Development / L&D) Castle Vale, Birmingham Agile Working £27,537 £31,292 depending on skills Full Time Fixed Term Contract – 10 months maternity cover Closing Date: Friday the 2nd January 2026 Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Advisor to join our People team This is a new role to help drive our People Strategy which will focus on Talent Management, Succession Planning and Professional Standards. Responsibilities Designing, developing and delivering effective learning initiatives that enhance colleague skills, knowledge and behaviours to support improved capability and career development across the Pioneer Group. Providing guidance to managers across the group to design and implement effective onboarding and planning inductions for new employees. Supporting the Head of People & OD in planning and organising all learning and development initiatives within the Pioneer Group. Working closely with the wider People Team and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
