The ideal candidate will hold a HNC or higher qualification in a relevant field and have the ability to apply their industry knowledge to teaching and supporting learners. Strong communication skills, a commitment to developing future construction professionals, and an enthusiasm for sharing real-world experience would benefit for this role.
