Your role:

You'll be the bridge between our internal teams and international clients — managing complex engineering projects from order confirmation through to installation and commissioning. You'll ensure smooth communication, technical coordination, and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

  • Coordinate project timelines and specifications

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Production to define project requirements and ensure delivery schedules are aligned across teams and with customer expectations.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships

as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive updates.

  • Monitor machine build and installation progress

Conduct regular shop floor inspections and track milestones to ensure the equipment is built and installed according to plan, resolving any discrepancies swiftly.

  • Resolve technical issues and support acceptance visits

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot engineering or supplier challenges, and assist with logistics and customer interactions during acceptance testing and virtual meetings.

The Person:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in client/customer facing and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • SAP experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
