Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who have exciting expansion plans for 2025.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Acting as a point of contact in the offices to assist clients with their needs via email and on the telephone.
  2. Assisting in processing customer quotes and sales orders.
  3. Issuing and sending of catalogues, images, and samples.
  4. Back-order management.
  5. Keeping track of customers' orders and resolving any issues.
  6. Logging and managing credit and debits to accounts.
  7. Dispatching goods and managing the transportation and logistics.
  8. Completing export documentation.
  9. Efficient filing of terms, contracts, and all other customer information.
  10. Managing the administration for new client accounts.
  11. Liaising with internal departments to manage customer requirements.
  12. Assisting with exhibitions and trade shows.
  13. Order processing.
  14. Managing the transportation of goods.
  15. Liaising with the Purchasing Team to manage stock levels.
  16. Ensuring that delivery deadlines are achieved and if not, communicating effectively to customers.
  17. Working to SLA agreements.

The Ideal Administrator will have/be:

  1. Experience as an Administrator/Co-Ordinator/Sales Administrator.
  2. Excellent attention to detail.
  3. Experience in managing multiple tasks concurrently - multitasking.
  4. Good experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Excellent communication skills, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication.
  6. Comfortable managing projects and juggling multiple tasks.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
  8. A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise actions.
  9. The ability to create, maintain, and develop relationships across internal and external contacts.
  10. A flexible approach, highly organised, and process-driven.
  11. Strong in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
