Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day in-person each week in Brentford HQ Job Title E-commerce Assistant Level Entry Level Salary Starting from £26,000 Reporting To Senior Trading Manager ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our E-commerce team. Reporting to the Senior Trading Manager, this is a key entry-level role where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our digital performance in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Support the execution of the online trading strategy and budget, with the goal of driving growth in sales, conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and margins. Own the briefing, creation, and scheduling of all onsite elements, including banners, product pages, and content pages. Deliver daily reporting, providing clear insights and updates to the wider team to support informed decision-making. Analyse pricing and promotional activity, benchmarking against competitors to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Carry out daily website audits to ensure an optimised and seamless performance across all devices. Support the Customer Service team with onsite queries and manual administration, including order checking, discount codes, and the loyalty scheme. Handle general daily operational administration tasks for the E-commerce channel. ABOUT YOU A proactive, diligent, and highly motivated team player who is keen to kickstart their career in E-commerce. Highly computer literate and analytical. Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., capable of using formulas, Pivot Tables, and collating large volumes of data). Ability to identify problems, demonstrate the use of initiative, and implement appropriate solutions. Previous experience with Shopify is desirable but not essential.
