Job Title Commercial Analyst – Middle East and Africa Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 4 days in the office, 1 day from home office Department Sales Acceleration Reporting to Sales Acceleration Lead About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. This critical role will drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across our business in the Middle East and African regions. Key Responsibilities Revenue Optimisation: Work alongside the MD Middle East and Africa to develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation across all sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and online platforms. Sales Process Improvement: Analyse and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key revenue metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards. Forecasting & Planning: Contribute to revenue forecasting and planning processes, working closely with sales leadership to set targets and track progress. Technology & Systems: Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to support revenue operations, including CRM, sales automation, and data analytics tools. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth initiatives. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the Middle East and African regions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
