Head of Event Content & Speaker Acquisition Location: Remote (UK or US) Pay: £80,000-£90,000 + performance bonus | Equity potential Start: Jan/Feb 2026 (flexible) Responsibilities Own the conference agenda and content roadmap across events, roundtables, reports, and digital platforms Build programmes shaped by market trends, practitioner challenges, and industry shifts Recruit and secure senior speakers: CISOs, CTOs, researchers, founders, policymakers Oversee production of all sessions: keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and structured discussions Ensure content drives attendance, sponsor success, and commercial outcomes Manage researchers, moderators, and freelancers as the content function grows Requirements 5+ years in conference production, agenda design, or speaker recruitment – ideally in cybersecurity, AI, enterprise tech, risk, or privacy A strong network and proven ability to engage senior industry figures Deep awareness of cyber and AI trends, emerging threats, and regulatory developments Ability to turn technical or policy‑heavy topics into compelling sessions Strong communication skills and confidence to represent the brand externally Thrives in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment with high autonomy Why Join This is an opportunity to build a conference from the ground up, shape the industry conversation around AI and security, and create a content programme that becomes a defining experience for senior cybersecurity leaders.
