Are you ready to build a content engine for one of the most forward-looking cybersecurity events in the industry?

A new events company-backed by experienced founders and operating at pre-launch stage-is creating a next-generation cybersecurity experience that goes beyond traditional expo formats. The focus: curated 1:1 meetings, practitioner-led discussions, and honest conversations on how AI is reshaping trust, security, and emerging threats.

We're now hiring a
Head of Event Content & Speaker Acquisition
to lead the editorial vision, shape the agenda, secure standout speakers, and build content that influences senior security leaders across the UK, US, and beyond.

What You'll Lead

Own the content roadmap across events, roundtables, reports, and digital channels

Build programmes informed by market trends, practitioner challenges, and industry shifts

Recruit senior speakers (CISOs, CTOs, researchers, founders, policymakers)

Create content that drives commercial outcomes-attendance, partnerships, and sales

Oversee production across keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and more

Manage researchers, moderators, and freelancers as the function grows

What You Bring

* 5+ years in conference production, agenda design, or content leadership-ideally in cybersecurity, AI, enterprise tech, risk, or privacy

* A strong network and a proven ability to engage senior industry figures

* Understanding of cyber and AI trends, from emerging threats to regulatory change

* Ability to turn technical or policy-heavy topics into compelling, high-value sessions

* Clear communication skills and the confidence to represent the brand externally

* Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomy
