Contract: Full Time, Permanent.What we are looking forCleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Deputy Imaging Manager to join our Imaging team with a competitive salary range on offer, from £72,000, depending on experience. Our Mission, “Caring for life, researching for health, and educating those who serve”, reflects our commitment to professional development.ResponsibilitiesOversee the running of Imaging Services; supervise technical and clerical personnel; develop the service to fit changing demands; work as part of a team under the Radiology Manager to ensure high standards of service to patients, consultants and visitors.Support and deputise for the Radiology Manager; act as clinical lead for clinical and non-clinical staff; undertake clinical duties.Perform analysis to evaluate and create new processes and operating procedures; revise procedures on a continuous improvement basis to achieve maximum efficiency.Monitor, evaluate and report status of departmental operations; manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Recruitment, induction, performance management, disciplinary action of all staff (including agency staff); manage staffing levels, skill mix and capacity.Deliver Imaging Services projects with stakeholder engagement; other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimally a BSc (Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent.Current valid HCPC registration required.Trained to cannulate and administer contrast agents.Significant supervisory/management experience in Radiology.What we offer25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysDouble-matched salary exchange pension – contribute 5% and we’ll contribute 10%Private Medical & Dental InsuranceLife AssuranceSeason Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemesWorkplace Nursery SchemeWellbeing Hub with mental health, coaching and EAP supportEarned Wage Access – early pay optionsDiscounts on food, retail, and moreWho we areCleveland Clinic is a leading provider of specialised medical care with a global footprint and a long history of patient care and innovation.
