Pay: Up to £16 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role As a Bar Manager, you'll take charge of one or more busy bar units, ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout every event. From managing stock and cash to inspiring your team of bartenders and supervisors, you'll help create an outstanding atmosphere and deliver first‑class service. A Personal Licence is preferred but not essential – it's your leadership, energy, and professionalism that will make the difference. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate bar teams to deliver outstanding service in a high‑energy environment. Oversee bar operations from start to finish, including stock control, cash handling, and event reporting. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times. Support team development and ensure every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Foster a positive, professional, and engaging team atmosphere. Confidently lead large teams in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings. Apply strong organisational and communication skills. Be flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts across event dates.
