Pay rate: £38,475 to £40,815 per annum.* Includes opportunities to pick up extras shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate Moorland Cottage is a charming converted farmhouse surrounded by the beautiful High Peak countryside, providing the perfect setting for a therapeutic assessment home. Using a trauma-informed approach, the team provides intervention care that supports emotional healing and personal development for up to two young people at a time. Over a 12 week placement, our assessment strategy helps us understand what is truly right for a young person and their needs. Every placement provides PACE principles, therapeutic care, access to education and the opportunity to participate in an outdoor adventure programme. The work and commitment of our teams helps us determine what support a young person requires and defines their next steps.
