We have a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals to bluechip FTSE listed companies. We provide expert advice on the full spectrum of building surveying services including pre‑acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, defect advice, together with contract administration, employer’s agent and project management services. We are currently advising on various projects including a £2m sprinkler replacement, £5m new‑build industrial development, external repair and refurbishment projects, roof/cladding replacement projects, fund monitoring, and a variety of dilapidations claims. Sample services to be provided and experience will come in many forms, including: The preparation and service of dilapidations claims for landlords Providing strategic dilapidations and exit‑strategy advice to occupants Design and contract administration from small repair and maintenance projects to employers’ agents and project management of projects in excess of £1m Monitoring developments on behalf of financial institutions This opportunity: If successful, the role will see you working within our thriving Building Consultancy team, alongside the Director for our Sheffield office. It will give you the opportunity to work on a number of key commercial real estate projects the business is assigned to along with the personal development opportunities that come from working closely with our Head of Building Consultancy there.
