We’re seeking a proactive Employment Paralegal to deliver expert support on complex employment cases and day-to-day legal matters. Key Responsibilities Draft letters of advice, tribunal proceedings, and prepare settlement agreements. Attend client meetings and assemble tribunal documentation. Coordinate between courts, supervisors, clients, and counsel to manage deadlines and logistics. Liaise with both employer and employee clients. Compile detailed chronologies and track case milestones. Balance hands‑on legal drafting with meticulous administrative organisation. Anticipate needs, identify risks, and consistently produce high‑quality work. Contribute directly to team progression and overall departmental success.
