OverviewO2 Daisy is a bold new business, combining Virgin Media O2 Business’s fixed and mobile network innovation with Daisy’s digital-first operations and deep B2B expertise. The Head of Modern Workplace will drive growth and commercial success for O2 Daisy’s Modern Workplace category across all customer segments and channels. This strategic role leads go-to-market efforts, strengthens key partnerships - especially with Microsoft - and aligns cross-functional teams to deliver revenue, margin, and market impact. You’ll oversee solutions for hybrid workforces, leveraging Microsoft services, device management, recycling, and software capabilities. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Office, you’ll shape strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and product.Location: London, Reading, Sheffield, Manchester or NelsonSalary: Discussed upon applicationHours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & Execution:Own and deliver the Modern Workplace commercial strategy across all segments and channels, driving revenue growth and recurring gross margin through pricing, base management, and optimisation.Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to shape joint go-to-market initiatives, maximise cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Bytes integration), and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.Maintain an external market perspective to ensure O2 Daisy’s Modern Workplace proposition remains differentiated and ahead of competitors.Sales Leadership & Growth:Build and lead a focused sales team to deliver revenue and margin targets across SME/SOHO segments, while driving category growth through enterprise and public sector partnerships.Ensure all Modern Workplace bid materials are clear, compelling, and customer-relevant to maximise conversion and win rates.Proposition, Marketing & BIDevelop and deliver compelling Modern Workplace propositions and marketing programmes that build awareness, pipeline, and conversion across all customer segments.Leverage business intelligence for performance tracking and opportunity identification, ensuring propositions align with the wider portfolio and integrated go-to-market strategy.Performance ManagementAccountable for delivering recurring gross margin and revenue targets across all segments and channels.Implement robust performance tracking and reporting, driving ongoing optimisation, innovation, and simplification of go-to-market activities.Team Leadership & CollaborationBuild and develop a high-performing Modern Workplace team, driving talent growth, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and role model leadership behaviours that create alignment, empowerment, and pace.QualificationsProven senior commercial leadership experience within B2B telecoms or technology sectors, ideally with experience across the Microsoft portfolioStrong track record of delivering revenue and margin growth across multiple customer segments.Deep understanding of B2B market dynamics, propositions, pricing, and channel strategy.Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, commercial, and propositions.Strong grasp of both direct and indirect channel dynamicsDemonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at C-level and align across complex organisations.Commercially astute, data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen.BenefitsWhat Are the Benefits of Working at Daisy?Our ethos is simple: the more you put in, the more you get out.Here’s what we offer:25 days holiday + bank holidays, with an extra day for each year of service (up to 30 days)An extra day off on your birthday or if you're getting married£500 referral bonus – bring great people, get rewardedExclusive Virgin Media and O2 staff discountsProfessional development – training and support to help you growEye care vouchers and discounted Medicash membership for healthcare savingsSim deals for you and your family/friendsExclusive discounts and savings at over 1,200 retailers #J-18808-Ljbffr
