We are the experts in last mile deliveries – could you become a self employed delivery driver with us in Aberdeen? Do you have multi drop delivery or courier experience? Are you familiar with driving a van, delivering parcels?

We have parcel delivery routes available for new and experienced delivery drivers to fulfil our parcel delivery requirements across Aberdeen and surrounding areas - currently including: Blackburn, Berryden, City and Harbour and more

What we're offering:
  1. Average pay around £100 per day
  2. Drivers will normally deliver around 160 small or around 50 bulkier parcels a day
  3. We engage all drivers on a self employed basis
  4. You are paid for the service you provide at an agreed rate, your parcel delivery performance will influence what you earn
  5. You will be given full on-the job training for 2 days, however ongoing support is available until you feel confident, we will support you to ensure you succeed
  6. If you need access to a van to complete your deliveries we can hire you a van for a highly competitive rate of under £50 per week
  7. Our van hire includes insurance and breakdown cover and you can take the van home with you each day, you don't need to return to the depot. You can use the van for personal use too
  8. Delivery services are required 6 days each week Monday-Saturday
  9. Drivers are given a designated route within specific postcode areas. This gives you stability and the freedom and flexibility to plan your own delivery route and succeed as a delivery driver for b-spokes
  10. Most of the routes that our drivers cover are delivery dense, so you can realistically deliver between 20-30 parcels per hour, depending on your capabilities, experience and attitude

All our routes are reviewed to ensure they have the right blend of mileage and parcel volume to ensure all drivers can earn a good living wage from their delivery driving.

Your life as a b-spokes Delivery Driver

Your day is what you make it - approaching it with a positive attitude and drive will deliver you great results.

You will be based from our depot on the Altens Industrial Estate.

On arrival at the depot, you will scan your parcels and load your van.

You'll use your own phone, to plan your route and set customer ETA's via our parcel delivery app – so there's no awkward technology to worry about.

Once you're on the road you will deliver and collect parcels, taking delivery photos and verifying your location, all via the app, to ensure safe and secure delivery of the customers' parcels.

Essential:
  1. Full UK driving Licence held for at least 4 years
  2. Maximum points (6)
  3. Our insurance does not permit the following convictions: DD, DR, CD or IN
  4. All applicants should be over twenty one. This is for insurance. If you do not meet this criteria you will need to provide your own delivery vehicle and insurance
