COLLECTION & DELIVERY DRIVER (3.5t)
Aberdeen

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team. You'll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. Providing a first-class service with our parcels team in Aberdeen, this role is Tues - Sat - 09.00 - 18.30 - 45hrs per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Check the quality of packed orders
  2. Manually unload and upload parcels for delivery
  3. Make sure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislation
  4. Ensure parcels are delivered to residential and commercial customers safely, efficiently and on time
  5. Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit
  6. Complete all documentation as per company procedure
  7. Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
  8. Adhere to company procedures and policies
WHAT YOU NEED
  1. Held a full and valid UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 4 years
  2. No previous disqualifications for NI, DD or DR
  3. Familiarity with most of the streets and commercial addresses
  4. Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving role
  5. Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
  6. Undergo a DBS background check.
