KOOSA Kids are on the lookout for individuals who share our passion and commitment for delivering high quality childcare, playwork and children's activities. Key Information Role: After School Club Playwork Childcare Supervisor at The Blue School in Isleworth, Middlesex. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for day‑to‑day management of the After School Club. Print daily registers and manage safe sign‑in & sign‑out process each day, communicating effectively with school staff & parents. Develop a thorough understanding of the KOOSA Kids programme of activity and deliver activities accordingly. Be aware of and sensitive to children with additional needs (Physical, Behaviour, Dietary). Purchase healthy snacks for the club. Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding, and communicate concerns to the Safeguarding Officer. Ensure the club operates to Ofsted and KOOSA Kids policies at all times. Carry out daily risk assessments & complete all relevant operational paperwork. Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day, carrying out cleaning duties as necessary. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting. A Level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential. Experience of working in a Primary School, Pre‑School or Nursery, e.g. a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager/Assistant. Reliable and passionate about the role. Ability to relate and engage with children aged 4‑11 years. Opportunities to gain qualifications and further growth & development. Full training provided.
