Extra Care Relief Support Worker

OverviewCreative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly and passionate staff team in Leeds. Our Hampton Crescent service contains 40 beds with some flats housing services users who require extra care. As a support worker you will provide quality care and demonstrate unconditional positive regard to all our service users.
