£12.30 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay Location: Leeds, Yorkshire Position: Relief/Bank Support Worker We are seeking experienced, calm, and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team. Your role will involve providing person-centred care, including personal care and supporting community activities such as walking, swimming, and gym visits. You will also collaborate with members of the person's support circle to help individuals achieve their wishes and aspirations. Supporting individuals who can communicate their needs, sometimes through challenging behaviour, is essential. Prior experience in this field is required. We value the personal skills and interests you bring, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking, which enhance the lives of service users. Our three Supported Living Services are located in Horsforth, Cookridge, and Middleton, supporting adults on the autistic spectrum with person-centred care. As a Creative Support Relief Support Staff member, a minimum of twelve months' experience is essential. You will have access to our free app to pick up shifts across Leeds and nationwide, with information on services, shifts, and directions. Payments are made weekly.
